Anabolic Diet

Now that you got your stack ready, you know what’s next, you are ready, the positive anger can be red in your eyes. This is the last piece of the puzzle, nutrition.

There is no question about it, the amount of  gains in muscle mass on steroids are way greater than what can be achieved naturally, it’s naive to think otherwise.

However, steroids will not magically get you from skinny to incredible hulk while  you seat on your couch with the remote in the hand. You will have to eat and train properly. There’s no other way about it. Quantities are important but not everything, unless all you care is getting big, nasty big that is. If the imagine is not that clear think about that beer drinking dick with an expanded gut looks like his ready to give birth.

If not all calories are the same, which indeed they aren’t, than we need to be careful, even in the off season, at what we put in our mouth.

The quantity and the quality of gains are far greater that what you can build naturally.

However we must not forget that steroids will not magically get you huge like mr. O without doing shit.  You still need to train hard, rest well and eat righ

Diet

It’s obvious you will have to eat  more. The frequency will not shock you as it’s the standard for bodybuilding: Between 5 to 6 times a day.

Planning ahead is important, however what you will find out is that by just small adjustments in the way you are eating paired with the correct steroid cycle you will get some amazing results.
Protein, protein and more protein

Proteins are the construction material and lifting weights is the construction. When using steroids the body can absorb much more protein which let’s not forget is the most important nutrient in any bodybuilding diet.

The amount of proteins should be high enough to maintain a positive nitrogen balance, that means at least 1-1.5grams of Proteins/pound of body weight. For that eating lean meat is the way, don’t be afraid of red meat but try to not eat it everyday.
WHY TO NOT OVERDO PROTEINS

What not everyone will tell you, maybe because they were never even thinking is how the nitrogen is flushed out from the body and if there is a side effect while that happens, is that you actually have to be very careful with proteins and not overdo it. To much proteins and you will fuck up your kidneys. Ever wondering why Ronnie Coleman was using prescribed drugs for kidneys??Yyep, his kidneys are shutting down, if he is not careful soon he will be on dialysis…you don want that!

Start with 1 gram of proteins/pound of body weight and for 1 week if you are getting the growth that you want, why adding more?! Be smarter than the average and take care of your body, even though at some degree you are abusing it with steroids.
